No Shipping Policy<\/h2>

At Crispin Glass, we exclusively offer local pickup services and do not provide shipping options for any of our products or materials. This policy is in place to:<\/p>

  • Ensure the safe handling of delicate glass products<\/li>
  • Maintain product quality and integrity<\/li>
  • Prevent damage during transit<\/li>
  • Provide direct quality inspection at pickup<\/li>
  • Allow for immediate customer service if needed<\/li><\/ul>

    Local Pickup Guidelines<\/h2>

    Before Pickup<\/h3>
    • All orders must be paid in full before pickup<\/li>
    • You will receive a confirmation when your order is ready for pickup<\/li>
    • Please bring a valid photo ID for verification<\/li>
    • Bring your order confirmation number<\/li>
    • For large items, please ensure your vehicle is appropriate for safe transport<\/li><\/ul>

      • Check in at our front desk upon arrival<\/li>

            Responsibility of Transport<\/h2>

            • Crispin Glass is not liable for damage during transport<\/li>
            • No refunds for damage occurring after pickup<\/li>
            • Proper securing of materials is customer’s responsibility<\/li><\/ul>

              Pickup Timeframes<\/h2>
              • Orders must be picked up within 5 business days of completion notification<\/li>
              • Extended storage may incur additional fees<\/li>
              • Please contact us if you need to arrange for delayed pickup<\/li>
              • Unclaimed orders may be subject to restocking fees after 30 days<\/li><\/ul>

                Cancellations and Changes<\/h2>
                • 24-hour notice required for pickup time changes<\/li>
                • Cancellations must be made 48 hours before scheduled pickup<\/li>
                • Restocking fees may apply for cancelled custom orders<\/li>
