No Shipping Policy

At Crispin Glass, we exclusively offer local pickup services and do not provide shipping options for any of our products or materials. This policy is in place to:

• Ensure the safe handling of delicate glass products
• Maintain product quality and integrity
• Prevent damage during transit
• Provide direct quality inspection at pickup
• Allow for immediate customer service if needed

Local Pickup Guidelines

Before Pickup

• All orders must be paid in full before pickup
• You will receive a confirmation when your order is ready for pickup
• Please bring a valid photo ID for verification
• Bring your order confirmation number
• For large items, please ensure your vehicle is appropriate for safe transport

During Pickup

• Check in at our front desk upon arrival
• Our staff will assist you with loading
• Please inspect all items before leaving our premises
• Sign the pickup confirmation form

Safety Requirements

• Bring appropriate transportation materials (blankets, straps, etc.)
• Ensure your vehicle can safely accommodate the size of your order
• Follow staff instructions for proper handling and loading
• Wear closed-toe shoes when picking up materials

Large Orders

For large orders:

• Schedule a pickup appointment in advance
• Bring additional help if needed
• Consider multiple trips for very large orders
• Discuss loading requirements with our staff beforehand

Responsibility of Transport

Once materials leave our premises:

• The customer assumes full responsibility for safe transport
• Crispin Glass is not liable for damage during transport
• No refunds for damage occurring after pickup
• Proper securing of materials is customer’s responsibility

Pickup Timeframes

• Orders must be picked up within 5 business days of completion notification
• Extended storage may incur additional fees
• Please contact us if you need to arrange for delayed pickup
• Unclaimed orders may be subject to restocking fees after 30 days

Cancellations and Changes

• 24-hour notice required for pickup time changes
• Cancellations must be made 48 hours before scheduled pickup
• Restocking fees may apply for cancelled custom orders
• Contact our office for any schedule modifications

Special Handling Instructions

• Custom mirrors and large glass pieces require special handling
• Staff will provide specific handling instructions at pickup
• Multiple people may be required for large items
• Proper vehicle requirements will be communicated upon order completion
